DIY or Call Us?

There’s a safe middle ground here. You can check the series mark, measure the shoe width, and clear the track of debris without risk. What we don’t recommend: removing a tilt-wash sash without knowing the balance release sequence (the spring can unwind suddenly), or attempting to reglaze an IGU (the vacuum seal requires factory equipment).
